Stages of company formation
Rosmark-Steel Inc. was incorporated in 1997 in Saint-Petersburg. Today it includes 17 branches in Russia, more than 150 employees, 3 thousand companies included in the base of clients; engineering center and the largest production of band saws for metal cutting in the country.In 1992, CJSC Rosmark was established as an enterprise engaged in the complex supply of tools for machine-building plants.

CJSC "Rosmark-Stal" was opened.

CJSC Rosmark-Steel launched a new project "Equipment", associated with the supply of a wide range of metalworking machines to the Russian market.
Creation of the REZON brand
Opening of own production of REZON band saws for metal in St. Petersburg
Cooperation with HOFFMANN GROUP
Beginning of cooperation between CJSC "Rosmark" and the leading integrated supplier of professional tools in Europe - HOFFMANN GROUP. The first regional offices were opened in Izhevsk and Samara.
The R-Garnet enterprise was created
On the basis of the Rosmark group of companies, the R-Garnet Enterprise was created, the main activity of which is the supply of garnet sand (Garnet) to the Russian market.
In April 2007 CJSC Rosmark became part of the German holding HOFFMANN GROUP and received a new name - CJSC Hoffmann Professional Tool. This event was a continuation of the successful partnership between HOFFMANN GROUP and Rosmark.
